This Report gives a comprehensive overview of the legal framework ensuring the protection of rights and freedoms of same-sex couples and their children on the move, particularly their fundamental right to non-discrimination and equality, with a focus on the role that Equality Bodies can play. It was prepared by members of the Equinet’s Cluster on Rainbow Families on the Move with the contribution of 8 institutions that submitted insights on their work on the rights of rainbow families and their EU freedom of movement rights:
