The prohibition of discrimination based on gender identity covers people intending to undergo, currently undergoing, or having undergone gender reassignment, according to the P v S and Cornwall County Council case of the CJEU.
Example:Examples can include a gym denying access to their changing room to a trans person or an insurance company forcing a person to pay a higher premium because they are trans.
