Pauline is the Policy and Project Officer responsible for the “Meeting the challenges of common Standards for European Equality Bodies – Mitigating the discriminatory potential of Artificial Intelligence” project. She studied human rights and equality in the frame of her Peace Studies Master’s degree at Paris Dauphine University (PSL) and the Ecole Normale Supérieure. Since then, Pauline has provided support to a wide range of initiatives aiming to address intersecting dimensions of equality, including: gender, sexual orientation, age, dis/ability, race and/or ethnicity, religion and/or belief, etc.
Most notably, she supported the European Commission’s Task Force on Equality in applying an intersectional approach to equality in EU policies. She provided policy and programmatic support to several youth-led peace-building and reconciliation efforts in the Europe and Central Asia (ECIS) region while working at the UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub. She managed projects for one of the leading consulting companies in the field of Human Rights, Democracy and Peace, at B&S Europe. And she worked with civil society actors, including the NGO Reporters without borders.
