The Discussion Paper ‘Reasonable Accommodation for persons with disabilities: Exploring challenges concerning its practical implementation’ offers a comparative view of the main identified problematic issues in the field of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities, including its legal framework (UNCRPD, CoE, EU law and the national application).
