The Equinet Secretariat, based in central Brussels, is seeking to recruit a Legal and Policy Officer.
We are looking for a person who will support the legal and policy team with legal and policy expertise, planning and organising meetings, monitoring equality, non-discrimination and human rights law and policies, and supporting the development of Equinet outputs. What we offer
One year full-time contract, subject to confirmation of annual funding, with prolongation of the contract beyond 2020, subject to funding.
Candidates should have a relevant degree in law, possiblty with a focus on non-discrimination, equality and human rights. Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview on our premises based on the relevance of their background for the position, their expressed motivation for the tasks and responsibilities at hand and their understanding of legal challenges in the equality and non-discrimination fields.
